Pastor Whitney gives an understanding of both the theology and history of the jury's unequalled power to “nullify” when they deliberate in private. He will bring an understanding of the standard by which our Founders said that such nullification must take place. He will show that they understood the standard to be that a "Law" which is a violation of "The Laws of Nature and Nature's God" or a violation of the Constitutions which form the contract for the government that “we the people” have brought into existence, is not actually law but mere "pretended legislation." He will demonstrate that our Founders clearly expressed that the Jury has not only the power but also the duty to nullify every law which is a violation of these established standards.
